James 1:21

“Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.” James 1:21

There are so many verses present in the Bible that are akin to this one. I’ve done posts on repetition for emphasis before, and I could do another one on this topic as well.

14Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”
17″Therefore come out from them
and be separate, says the Lord.
Touch no unclean thing,
and I will receive you.”
18″I will be a Father to you,
and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” 2 Corinthians 6:14-18

2Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2

You get the idea. The point is, Gods will for our lives is Divine, super natural, and the greatest thing that could ever happen to us. What we believe is the best very rarely is. If Christ lives in us, then we need to live for Him. He diedfor us so that we could live with him.

One Final Question:
How is my life today reflecting the light of Christ that I have living inside of me?
